Referral terms
These terms explain the public referral form. A referral is not accepted until Malaga Web Designs confirms it in writing.
Eligibility and permission
Only submit details you are authorised to share. Do not submit sensitive personal data. We may decline duplicates, unsolicited marketing lists, inaccurate referrals or any introduction that is unsuitable for the service.
Commission
The form currently describes a 10% referral commission for a confirmed, paid project. The eligible project value, exclusions, payment timing, tax treatment, invoice requirements and any cap must be confirmed in writing with the referrer before commission is due. No commission is earned merely by submitting the form.
Data and contact
We use the information to assess and manage the introduction. We give the referred contact our privacy information when we first contact them or within the applicable deadline. See the privacy policy.
