Tell us which right you want to exercise and enough context to find the information, such as an enquiry date, invoice reference or the ¡Vamos! device you use. Do not send passwords, full card details or identity-document copies by default.

What you can request
Access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection to processing based on legitimate interest and portability where its conditions apply. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it, without affecting earlier lawful processing. These forms do not subscribe you to marketing. This application does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
How requests are handled
We record the request, verify identity proportionately where needed and assess the systems involved. A reply is due without undue delay and normally within one calendar month of receipt. Where complexity or the number of requests justifies up to two further months, we must inform you within the first month and explain why. We explain any refusal or lawful limitation and how to challenge it. An email address alone does not authorise disclosure.
Erasure has lawful exceptions, including accounting duties and claims. Where Spanish law requires blocking, information must be restricted for the applicable liability period before destruction. Removing an application record does not automatically remove emails or provider backups. In ¡Vamos!, forgetting the browser identifier disconnects progress; contact us before doing so if you want help identifying the server record. Open ¡Vamos! Settings and include the VP- progress reference in your request; it locates the record without sharing your access cookie. Keep the current device available for proportionate verification. The reference alone does not authorise disclosure or erasure. A nickname alone may not identify it reliably.
Complaints
You may complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos. Email remains available if an application feature is unavailable. See the full privacy policy and esta información en español.
